SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All parcels being delivered within the UK and Northern Ireland can be sent as either standard delivery or express delivery. All deliveries outside of the UK and Northern Ireland can currently only be sent out as express delivery.  

 

  • Standard deliveries to mainland UK and Northern Ireland are £3 with an estimated delivery time of 3 - 5 working days. Expressed deliveries are £5 with an estimated delivery time of 1 - 2 working days.

  • Deliveries outside of the UK to Mainland Europe and Sothern Ireland are £5 with an estimated delivery time of 3 - 5 working days.

 

  • Deliveries outside of the UK to Canada and the USA are £15 with an estimated delivery time of 5 -7 working days

All money earned from shipping will be added up and donated to a charity once a sum of £50 or more is achieved.

Return & Exchange Policy

We always strive to do the best that we can with everything that we do, including the delivery of your order. All orders are packed and shipped in quality condition, however, accidents happen (we are all human after all), if any faults are found with your order, please notify FS_Info@yahoo.com, for a full refund or replacement.

 

Please note, proof of fault must be available if required and requests submitted no later than 10 days after delivery.
